Soft skills are essential for managing the challenges of working across different cultures, social values and in understanding others perspectives. Soft skills are personality traits which builds strong relationship and solve workplace problems. The programs aims to develop ethical values, team building, problem solving, decision making, leadership and social skills. Developing these skills will enable management graduates to differentiate and retain a competitive edge.

Program Outcomes
